Critchlow specialise in location intelligence and incident management solutions. We are New Zealand's only full service provider of location intelligence and geospatial solutions – offering clients thought leadership, data management, data products, enabling tools like GIS software, and professional services to improve organisational outcomes. We are also the Australian and New Zealand distributor and leading integrator of WebEOC™, the world's premier incident management system.

The company’s vision is to create a spatially enabled New Zealand. Our business is built on helping clients apply spatial analysis to address their most complex business problems – optimising their sales and distribution networks; smart routing of their service personnel and fleets to save time and money; scoring risk for insurance, identifying fraudulent activities and to improve their overall organisational performance and competitiveness.

Industry Pioneer

For over 20 years Critchlow has worked with organisations in New Zealand, Australia and the South Pacific to provide location intelligence solutions. Critchlow’s customers range from small sole traders to multi-national corporations; from local authorities to the largest central government organisations.

Critchlow prides itself on being innovative and visionary, having pioneered many of the early developments of the spatial industry in New Zealand including the development of the first address-coded digital data map of New Zealand. The evolution of that product – now known as NationalMap – is recognised as a comprehensive, accurate and up-to-date digital data map. NationalMap is trusted by both local and global organisations where accuracy, especially for road information, is critical to their operation.

Critchlow also offered New Zealand’s first stand-alone geocoding service, and introduced GIS software – MapInfo Professional – to the New Zealand marketplace.
